Gate City Fence top quality gates are individually completed using the most professional construction methods possible. Braces, backing rails and uprights are used in comparison to other manufacturers who only use braces. We also bolt the upright to the panel, opposed to just nailing the panel to the brace. The Screw and Eye Hinges are installed into the uprights. Other manufacturers may just bolt the gate on with strap hinges. A heavy duty U-staple holds the height of the latch mechanism so it "hits every time" (photo coming soon).
